Hello! I am Anastasia Svoboda, the founder of the Care Academy. Our team implements projects aimed at psychological support, education, development and happiness of children. We are convinced that a happy childhood is the foundation for the harmonious development of a future personality.
Our projects are implemented "under the roof" of the Care Academy. This is the first online child development space with mental health care. We provide psychological support and education for children between 3 and 10 years of age. More than 6,000 children have already participated in our programs! As you can see, not only the development of children is important for us, but also the development of projects and the team as a whole. Therefore, we are currently looking for a HR recruiter(s) who will (a) help us find like-minded professionals, maintain high-quality HR processes for corporate team care and resource optimization.
Who are we looking for?
A charismatic HR generalist, a talented manager who shares the values of the project and the team and will become the true soul of our dream team. What will need to be done?
- Search and initial interviews of specialists for vacancies of teachers, administrators, psychologists, PR or SMM manager and others (junior and middle)
- Lead appropriate recruiting documentation
- Close "burning" vacancies, even if it's "yesterday":)
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, keeping documentation by employees, calculatedpayments and introduction of new team members to work.
- Control online office work: google workspace, work emails, accesses
- Organize corporate events: town halls, QA sessions, team meetings, celebrations that unite and inspire.
- Keep a pulse on team spirit and mood: monitor satisfaction levels, spot issues and propose initiatives to maintain motivation and team spirit.
- Keep reporting on work done, but be open to adequate feedback and optimization jobs.
What do we expect?
- Experience in HR in an online office. Ability to maintain ecological working relationships and balance in online format
- Understanding HR processes. You know how to introduce newcomers to the team, keep documents in order and help the team "be a resource". You know how to work with different methods and tools
- Strong communication skills. You easily find a common language with candidates and the team, you can explain complex things in simple words and convince even Scorpios when necessary.
- Proactivity, independence and responsibility. You take the initiative in your own hands, organize work processes without unnecessary reminders and complete all tasks. In time. WE are looking for someone who can operate effectively without constant support.
- Excellent work with objections and love for people. We didn't just combine these two points into one. Because the first is a hard skill, and the second is a soft skill. But in the HR field, quality work is only done together.
- Readiness to work at different paces. Sometimes it will be calm, and sometimes you will have to put out fires. But it's boring without them, right?:)
- Basic knowledge of online office tools: (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms, Calendar). (Canva and good GPT skills are welcome)
