HR generalist in Best Buy Case

Congratulations! Weare Best Buy Case,a chain of mobile accessories stores that has been for 11 yearshelping people find "the same" case, charger or headphones. We already have 18 stores in Zaporizhzhia and Ivano-Frankivsk — and we continue to grow rapidly!

Therefore, we are looking for a HR manager to join the team, who will become the main driver of our human capital

What are we looking for in you?

• You enjoy working with people and know exactly how to find the "right" candidate; 
• You know how to structure information, work in multitasking — and at the same time you don't leave anything out of sight; 
• You have experience in recruiting, adaptation of newcomers, work with personnel; 
• You are not afraid of documents, you know the Labor Code and you know how to keep personnel records; 
• You like to organize internal events, corporate events, gatherings - and create a cool atmosphere in the office.

What you will do:

•  Full cycle of recruiting:from job posting to newcomer onboarding;  
• Adaptation of new employees and support of the team at all stages of work; Organization of internal events: team building, celebrations and just cozy meetings in the office;  
• Maintenance of personnel documentationand support of HR processes.

• Salary from UAH 21,200 (rate + KPI); 
• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00;
