Lean/TPM coach/consultant (FMCG, bakery production)

Format: project contract, 6 months

Location: Ukraine (possible relocation package: housing and travel coverage)

Lean Coaching Ukraine is a consulting company that systematically implements Lean/TPM in Ukrainian productions. Our approach is practical on-site coaching. We are currently looking for a "hands-on" consultant for a 6-month project in the bakery industry in Ternopil.  

Tasks:

• Drive transformation in 4 streams: Focused Improvement (FI), Security, Education and Training, Office TPM.

• Build and strengthen Lean Office, Service and Production teams; facilitate TPM initiatives at sites and related value chains.

• Manage Lean Yellow/Green Belt certification.

• Work on business objectives: OEE, waste reduction, reduce unplanned downtime, accelerate reconfiguration.

• Be a change driver: audit, feedback, standards, execution discipline.  

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Focused leadership in the field of improvement (scope, timelines, management of customer expectations, etc.). Hands-on experience in implementation, evaluation and feedback as an auditor within the components of the TPM column. 

• Methodological competence ("know-how"; TPM methodology, tools and approaches). 

Experience we need:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing Lean/TPM systems. 

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations. 

• Relevant experience in the bakery industry or related industry (FMCG). 

• The consultant must have experience in implementing all stages of FI and other foundations and confirm this with examples/cases of implementation.
