- Create and implement a supporting HR strategy the company's business goals and effectively integrates the Human Capital function.
- Managing the HR department, including effective distribution of tasks among the team.
- Developing and implementing motivational programs that help attract and retain talented employees.
- Building effective internal communications to increase trust and team cohesion.
- Creating a training system for the professional and personal development of employees.
- Organizing activities to strengthen team spirit and improved collaboration.
- Involving additional resources such as outsourcing, external experts and platforms to optimize HR processes.
- Using the SAP system to improve personnel data management.

- Development of a positive image of the company among potential candidates through participation in events, promotion on the labor market and active use of various communication channels.
You are our candidate if you:
- Experience in HR from 5 years (of which no more than 2 years in recruiting);
- Experience as a manager from 3 years;
- Profile additional education in the field of HR (courses, trainings, seminars);
- Experience in developing and implementing a motivation system;
- Experience in conducting a survey and analyzing the results;
- Knowledge English language from level B1;
- Experience with Task Manager, CRM, Hurma (will be an advantage).
