Inspector of personnel department in Sport Layf

Our sports family is expanding, so we are looking for a new team member - Inspector of personnel department

Requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience of at least 1 year as an inspector of the personnel department;
• experienced PC user (Word, Excel, 1C);
• experience of independent management of personnel records;
• knowledge of the Labor Code and norms of personnel records;
• Experience of military accounting;
• knowledge of business ethics, standards of business correspondence;
• >
• responsibility, thoroughness in performance of work, ability to work in a team, stress resistance, ability to work with large volumes of information.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of admission, vacations, sick leave, dismissal of employees in accordance with the Labor Code and internal documents;
• Formation of personal files of employees;
• Staff schedule;
• Maintenance of the database employee data;
• Reporting.
