The "Delicat" family of stores invites you to the position of "Human Resources Director".

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• work experience in positions: personnel manager, HR manager for at least 5 years (preference is given to retail, manufacturing companies (food production), HoReCa);
• understanding of all HR functions and their components;
• experience in personnel management (from 5 people) from 2 years;
• competent written and oral communication;
• readiness to dynamic pace of work, high organizational skills, an active life position, systematicity, developed managerial qualities, optimism, love for one's work and for people.

Key functions:< /p>

• Optimization, systematization and development of existing HR policies and procedures;
• Active participation in processes related to the centralization and unification of processes in the Company;
• Effective organization and control of all HR areas of work;
• Control of compliance with labor legislation in working with personnel;
• Maintenance of HR policy implementation in accordance with the Company's development strategy;
• Department personnel management;
• Direct selection of top managers and key positions;
• Development of regulations, regulations, instructions and other documentation.
