Hello! We are a flower holding that includes three brands:Floroteka, Dicentra and Flowerpot. We have been delivering floral happiness for more than 10 years, we have a unique and largest assortment in Ukraine, our own group, retail and premium markets - in Kyiv and Lviv.

And now our ultra-dynamic, incredibly creative and flourishing team is in search of an HRD: a charismatic leader who knows the entire HR cycle and has extensive experience in attracting talent, developing a creative team and automating processes.


Main challenges:
• Take the team to a new level in recruiting, development, evaluation (HR staff — 5 people).
• Provide staffing teams in scaling conditions (C-level, warehouse, florists, drivers, B2B/B2C managers).
 • Implement an HR strategy that inspires and helps achieve ultra-flexible business goals.
 • Build a quality adaptation system and training newcomers, making the process an engaging experience.
 • Implement L&D system together with the company's CEO. 
 • Retain and develop talent through innovative motivation strategies.

What will be a plus:
• Experience in employer brand development.
 • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
 • B1 level of English.
