Position summary: HR Director is responsible for developing and executing People Success strategy to support company growth, implementing HR innovations, providing management consulting, driving organizational development and L&D projects, leading initiatives related to employee engagement, rewards, benefits and recognition, and fostering a company culture and values.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of work experience in HR and recruitment;
- 4+ years of senior management experience;
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices;
- Experience in development and implementation of People Success strategies. Moreover, establishing HR & Recruitment processes from the scratch, budgeting, driving innovations;
- Trusted counsel to СEO.
- English B2-C1 (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies and programs that support the company’s growth and talent needs;
- Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development and HR operations;
- Partner closely with the executive team to understand business goals and provide strategic guidance on HR management and organizational development initiatives;
- Drive the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and select top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience;
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, implementing programs that enhance employee skills, engagement and career growth;
- Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency;
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes to ensure HR policies and programs are effective;
- Fostering a company culture and values.
Developing an Employer brand strategy:
- to develop and implement effective company strategies;
- creation of comprehensive branding strategies that meet the company’s goals.
