We are looking for a Business-System Analyst to join a project for a leading banking and financial services institution. As part of a team that supports Global Banking and Global Markets Capital Financing, you will play a key role in developing applications, maintaining and enhancing existing systems, and ensuring the smooth release of changes into production, all within an Agile framework. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of IT analysis
• Previous experience in the banking and finance industry
• Proficiency in requirements definition techniques, including use cases, scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Agile software development processes and principles, with knowledge of the Scrum framework and its roles
• Solid expertise in UML and BPMN notation, along with experience using modeling tools like Enterprise Architect
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Openness to a hybrid work model, with a minimum of 3 days per month in the office
