• Development and implementation of HR strategy in three countries

• Building a strong HR function: from recruiting to talent development and retention

• Development of modern HR-brand and EVP"> intangible)

• Implementation of HR analytics and data-based decision-making

• Optimization and scaling of recruiting processes

• Employee culture development

• Participation in business development

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in the position of HRD / Head of HR from 3+ years

• Strong in strategic thinking andoperational implementation

• Has an analytical approach and makes decisions based on data

• Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian; English is an advantage
