We work with glass. Production is established, the processes are clear, but one more attentive person is needed in communication with customers. Not at the desk in the office, not on calls, but in chat. It is important to confidently use messengers and be well versed in working with a computer.

What is included in the working conditions:

• Salary 50,000 - 70,000 UAH from the first month
• Learning immediately after the start, we will not leave you alone
• Working from home is a completely remote format
• We discuss the schedule in advance, no surprises in the schedule
• All work is text only, no calls

Job duties:

• Respond to customers in the chat - clearly and politely
• Formulate contact reports in the internal system
• Follow general communication standards
