Factum Group is an international company that, since 2016, specializes in importing cars for customers from the markets of the USA, Canada, Korea, China and Europe. Our offices are in the largest cities of Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Sakartvelo, Armenia and Kazakhstan. 

• Build a clear structure of the company under the strategic development plan;
• Build and describe the basis of HR processes department;
• Work with individual HR team development plans;
• Increase the efficiency of recruiting activities;
• Create a systematic approach to employee motivation;
• Develop a training system for employees on a permanent basis employees.

What kind of candidate are we looking for:

• Systematic and structured;
• With managerial with experience (preferably a team of 5 people);
• Initiative and ambitious;
