We are looking for a team coordinator!

If you are not afraid to take responsibility, like order in schedules and easily find a common language with people - read on.

Whom we are looking for:

• A person who will not get lost in the chaos, but will lead ok.
• Someone who confidently calls, asks, clarifies and solves.
• Knows Google Sheets, Excel, does not get lost in geolocation and understands how to bring people from point A to point B (even on the phone).
• Someone who knows how to organize changes, create a work schedule, replace an employee, if someone got sick.
• And, of course, don't be afraid to decide humanely when the situation is unusual.

What will you do:

• Telephone employeesbefore each shift (2 hours before the start) - so that everyone is in place.
• Make exit schedules.
• Keep records, check hours, be in contact with foremen.
• Help trainees get to the first shift, explain who goes where.
• Work with the CRM system, Excel, Google.
• Be the main liaison between employees and the facility.
