HR department assistant in Lerua Merlen Ukrayina / Leroy Merlin

We are looking forHR assistant. If you like structure, planning and coordinated processes, this role is for you.

Main duties:

• Regular involvement in projects and tasks of the HR team;
• Support of internal HR processes (surveys, integration, welcome kits etc.);
• Work with internal databases and tables (Excel/Google Sheets);
• Support of training programs and their digital support;
• Translation and adaptation of presentations on various topics from English to Ukrainian and vice versa;
• Work with HR systems or CRM.
