HR consultant (HR) in Pidvolochiskiy rayonniy sud

The Podvolochy District Court is looking for an employee for the position of HR consultant (HR)

Court consultant (HR):

Prepares draft HR orders issues.

Conducts work on accounting, storage and registration of personal files and work books.

Keeps records of working hours of employees.

Accounts for length of service that gives the right to a seniority bonus, supervises the establishment allowances and granting vacations of the appropriate duration.

Makes a vacation schedule, monitors its implementation.

Prepares information and submits reports, analyses, summaries about work with personnel. 

Enters information into the information and analytical system "Kadry-WEB".

Keeps military records (the number of conscripts is about 5 people).

The position belongs to civil service positions.

Citizens of Ukraine who have a higher education (in the field of law, personnel management) not lower than a junior bachelor's degree and are fluent in the state language can apply for the position. Work experience is not required.

During the martial law, admission to the civil service takes place without a competition (by interview).
