- Providing personal feedback (oral or written).

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B, B2C sales or working with customers.
- Attention, structural thinking.
- Soft communication style, emotional intelligence.
- The ability to teach, not to teach.
- The desire to help and develop others.
- Basic skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM.
