Functional tasks:Analysis of training and development needs of personnel;Development of training programs, taking into account the needs of the audience and training formats, preparation of training materials;Conducting internal trainings, seminars, master classes;Conducting adaptation trainings for veteran employees NBU;Post-training support of participants with the aim of putting knowledge into practice;Assessment of training effectiveness, collection of feedback and improvement of approaches;

Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of human resource management, psychology or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in training and personnel development, experience in the banking sector or large international companies will be a priority;
- Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs;
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Knowledge of modern personnel development methods and tools and their active application;
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and complex changes, high level of self-organization;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to systematically approach problem solving;
- Initiative, desire to teach and transfer knowledge.
