The main role of the position:building strategic partnership relations with managers and employees of the bank in the assigned region, by providing high-quality consulting to the heads of structural divisions and employees of Macro RU on personnel management issues throughout the entire cycle of employer-employee labor relations, implementation of established KPIs

Main responsibilities:

• Consultation and support of employees of the Macro regional administration
• Ensuring the effective functioning of the personnel management processes of the Macro regional administration
• Providing the Macro regional administration with practical assistance in personnel matters, including talent management, reward and performance management, conflict resolution, organizational development, recruitment, training and development of employees, etc.
• Ensuring staff onboarding process
• Ensuring training and development activities aimed at employee development, career growth and performance improvement
• Implementation of talent management programs
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations and procedures with personnel management in the entrusted Macro regional department
• Conducting internal communications with the personnel of the Macro regional department: information sessions, individual explanatory works, presentations on projects and changes in the Bank
• Preparation of personnel reserve
• Providing advice on labor legislation and ensuring the implementation of daily operational activities in the field of personnel management in accordance to the legislation of Ukraine and internal regulatory documents of the Bank
• Implementation of measures to build corporate culture
• Participation in the development and implementation of programs for the development of the employer brand
• Participation in joint HR projects, development and automation of HR business processes

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, psychology, sociology, management, law)
• 3+ years of work experience in the field of personnel management at positions of manager or head of HR
• Experience of participation in transformational processes and projects at a large-scale organizational level
• In-depth knowledge of personnel management processes and tools (in particular, recruitment, adaptation, training and development, personnel evaluation, compensation and benefits, internal communications, employer brand, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and HR administration
• Skills for working with textual and numerical information, analytical mindset
• Understanding the principles of working with the employer brand
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
• Availability of competencies: result-oriented, teamwork, customer focus, effective communication
• Confident PC user, MS Office, Google services and banking PCs
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
