About the team and stage of development
Our team has about 80 employees. We are at the stage of stable work with point growth and process transformation.
Every month we are steadily looking for 2-3 new specialists in different areas of the company in connection with team expansion and internal promotions.

We are looking for an HR manager with recruiting expertise who will:
Prospect of growth
We are looking for an HR manager with whom we will grow together. Over time, the role can scale to HR Generalist or HR Business Partner depending on your strengths and business needs.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Management of the full HR cycle. Ensuring all stages of work with personnel: recruiting, adaptation, performance evaluation, development, retention and correct offboarding of employees.
2. Recruiting and sourcing of personnel - active search of candidates for open positions; — conducting initial online/offline interviews; — coordination of final interviews with heads of departments; — maintaining a database of candidates, statuses and reporting.
3. Adaptation and support of employees - communication with new employees before leaving; — conducting onboarding meetings; — transfer of information to the HR specialist.
4. Construction and optimization of HR processes Development, implementation and improvementHR processes, policies and internal regulations according to the company's stage of development.
5. HR analytics and reporting — maintaining HR metrics (recruiting, turnover, efficiency, engagement); — formation of regular analytics and conclusions for management.
6. Corporate culture and internal communications - participation in the development of corporate culture; — preparation of internal announcements, news, greetings; — support of corporate spirit and HR initiatives.
7. Interaction with management The HR manager reports directly to the CEO of the company, has the right to vote in the discussion of management decisions.

— confident skills in working with Google Docs, tables, Google Calendar;
— competent spoken and written Ukrainian;
— the ability to be both delicate and confident in communication; - understanding the importance of corporate culture and the role of HR in business employment, full-time employment;
