We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Production) in the HR Director Service to ensure effective interaction between the HR department and specific business units of the company, namely manufacturing.

  • act as a link between HR departments and production employees on all issues related to hiring, training, compensation and benefits, labor legislation. 
  • act as a contact person between the business and HR expertise centers
  • contribute to the increase of employee involvement, talent development in divisions.  
  • together with the heads of the business direction, determine the need for personnel of the divisions, changes in the organizational structure.  
  • HR department with the described functionality from 3 years
  • experience in the field of recruiting, adaptation, training and development, performance management and awards
  • deep understanding of management principles and practices personnel
  • ability to implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals
  • ability to analyze HR data, prepare reports and draw conclusions and recommendations
  • ability to analyze trends in the labor market and predict their impact on the company
  • knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level (Intermediate).
