• Ensuring interaction between the regional center of HR expertise and the enterprise
• Determining the need for employee selection
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees
• Ensuring the implementation of the goal-setting process (OKR) and providing feedback
• Conducting a comprehensive assessment of personnel efficiency
• Determining training and development needs personnel
• Participation in HR projects of the company
