Requirements

Work experience in the field of HR from 2 years
Experience in setting up business processes
Experience in personnel selection, hiring, adaptation and training
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement company development strategies
Effective leadership and development of corporate culture
Management experience of negotiations
Project management, ensuring the discipline of project and task implementation

Responsibilities

Forming the HR brand of the company
Ensuring HR implementation strategies
Ensure internal and external personnel reserve for key and promising positions
Creating and ensuring the employee adaptation process
Writing position profiles
Development and improvement of the quality of business processes, introduction of new channels and tools search and hiring of employees
Formation and optimization of the company structure
Development and implementation of KPI and OKP in the organization
Evaluate the internal motivational climate, employee loyalty, develop and implement measures to increase the level of motivation and loyalty of employees
Support and development of corporate culture
Participation in strategic sessions
Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.
Analyze global trends and benchmarks to develop new solutions, programs/policies in in the field of personnel management.
