• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, develop effective solutions and strategies;
• Knowledge of version and change control best practices;
• Good understanding of project architecture and scaling approaches. - Will be plus:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other certifications related to PM and Agile;
• Experience building new development teams, including hiring, team building, and onboarding/training strategies;
• Experience with high-load projects;
• Knowledge of English is not lower than upper-intermediate.
