- Execution of operational tasks in the field of HR / People & Culture at the unit level.
- Recruitment, adaptation and development personnel.
- Supporting the engagement, development of competences and efficiency of employees.
- Implementation of training, health and welfare programs of employees.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, corporate policies and principles of effective interaction.
- Communication and support of a people-oriented corporate culture.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in an international company.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, HR processes, efficiency management methods.
- Developed communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, result-oriented.
- English language — not lower than Upper-Intermediate level.
