The UBEREM company invites a Manager for work on B2B objects

Your duties will be:

• recruitment of personnel (interviews and training);
• adaptation of personnel at subordinate facilities and control of work quality;
• writing instructions, technological maps for cleaning facilities;
• interaction with customers, customer representatives;
• starting cleaning at subordinate facilities;
• resolving conflict situations with personnel;
• selling company services to potential customers.

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position is welcome (but it is possible without experience)
• skills in the selection, training and control of personnel;
• robot in a multitasking system, mobility, readiness for remote work;
• able to negotiate with anyone and able to set priorities;
• level PC knowledge experienced user, Office (Word, Excel);
