• Higher education in economics, management personnel, statistics or related specialties.
• Experience in HR analytics from 2 years.
• Knowledge of the main indicators of personnel efficiency and their methods analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a high level, experience with BI tools.
• Knowledge of the principles of big data processing and statistical analysis.
• li>Attention to details, analytical mindset, ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different divisions.

Your main tasks will be:  

• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data on the effectiveness of personnel work.
• Formation of the evaluation and analysis model of HR- metrics.
• Formation of indicators in terms of selection, evaluation and training of personnel
• Development and implementation of analytical reports for evaluation of HR processes and initiatives.
• Analysis of indicators of engagement, personnel turnover, productivity and effectiveness of training.
• Preparation of recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes based on the data obtained.
• Conducting regular analyzes of personnel costs and forecasting resource needs.
