Main duties:

• Research of explosive substances:

  • Conducting laboratory tests of explosive substances and materials.
  • Analysis of chemical, physical and technical properties of explosive substances.
  • Determining the causes of the explosion, studying the dynamics of explosive processes.

• Analysis of the products of the explosion and the shot:

  • Study of the physical and chemical products of the explosion.
  • Evaluation of the consequences of using explosive materials in different conditions.
  • Determination of the mechanisms of detonation and blast waves.
