We are looking for a responsible manager who will manage personnel and processes (not manual cleaning).

Tasks:
 • coordination of cleaning and staff
 • training standards and quality control
 • maintaining a database of employees
 • monitoring indicators (quality, speed, consumption)
 • inventory, purchasing, budget
 • improving processes and efficiency

Who we are looking for:
 • experience in housekeeping is not required
 • confident Google Sheets
 • Russian - fluent
 • Czech - B1+
 • responsibility and desire grow

Conditions:
€1,600 + KPI
09:00–17:00 Prague time
