Main tasks

• Determining personnel needs together with the manager

• Composing a candidate portrait, describing and publishing vacancies

• Active search for candidates through job portals, social networks, professional communities and recommendations

• Initial screening of resumes and conducting interviews, support of candidates at all stages of selection

• Formation of job offer and participation in negotiations

• Support of initial onboarding

• Gradual expansion in the HR function: development of onboarding and adaptations, 1-2-1, team support and internal communications, event organization, participation in the creation of HR policies, evaluation and motivation systems, etc.

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years
• Experience in closing technical and engineering-construction vacancies (or education in related fields)
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools (job portals, LinkedIn, social networks)
• Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Communication, empathy and the ability to find a common language with different people
• Organization, attention to details, time management skills
• High communication culture and emotional intelligence
• Desire to develop and achieve ambitious goals (because the company has all the conditions for this)
