1. Organization of employment processes in both organizations. The head of the HR department controls the direction of recruiting (search and selection of staff):

    • selects and teaches HR specialists directly (if necessary - recruiter, manager by personnel, staff training and development manager, personnel accounting specialist, etc.);
    • studies all innovations in the field of staff selection, if necessary, implements them;
    • manages the organization of goals and Tasks of the HR Department;
    • creates programs that allow the department to optimize the work of the department;

      5. Collects and systematizes the necessary information, provides management in due time or on request:

            Education: Higher education of the relevant direction of preparation. Postgraduate education in the field of personnel management is welcome. Successful and confirmed experience may be an advantage of relevant education. NUO or Charitable Funds are required.

            • Free command of the state language, desirable knowledge of English at B2 +;

            • Desirable experience in the field of project management and/or programs;
