• Development and implementation of the HR Policy in accordance with the Foundation Mission.
• Collaboration with managers to determine staffing needs and job development. >
• Conflict resolution and support of constructive relationships between employees.
• Development of strategies for supporting corporate culture and effective communications.
• Workers' assessment and development of individual development plans.
• Promoting career management and professional development of employees. FONT-Weight: 400 "> Requirements:
  • Personnel Management Experience (3 years).
  • Deep knowledge negotiation.
  • Organizational and leadership qualities. >
