  • Main responsibilities

    • Planning and launching omni-campaigns (seasonal and tactical promo, adaptation of mechanics for offline and online).
    • Development and implementation of joint activities with vendors.
    • Trade-marketing and merchandising: working with POS materials, in-store videos and audio content, digital signage; control of deadlines and standards.
    • Local activations and events: store openings, pop-up zones, city events; coordination of agencies and partners.
    • Analytics and optimization: building sales and traffic dashboards, tracking KPI (uplift, ROI, NPS), formation of learnings.
    • Budget and suppliers: management estimates, tenders with POS manufacturers, media and BTL agencies, cost control.
    • Cross-functional interaction with e-commerce, category management, logistics, IT, HR training and brands.

    Qualification requirements

    Experience:

    • 5+ years in marketing / trade-marketing in large-scale retail or omnichannel companies.
