Proliska NGO announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of services in the field of public relations in the city of Uzhhorod

Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that provides comprehensive assistance since 2014 and protection of the population affected by military actions in Ukraine. Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable people affected by military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat operations and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.

I. Requirements for the contestant:

  • Higher education in the field of journalism, mass communication, PR or related specialties, or work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • Excellent communication skills, including public presentation skills;
  • Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian; knowledge of English will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant graphic media and video applications (will be an advantage);
  • Experience in managing social media channels (fb, instagram, X) (will be an advantage);
  • Ability to write press releases, texts for websites and social networks;
  • Ability to work in a team and make decisions under time constraints;
  • Execution of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment;
  • Adherence to humanitarian principles.

II. Services to be provided:

  • Conducting meetings and trips, attending events within the framework of the Customer's project activities to collect information on a given topic, conducting interviews;
  • Daily preparation of content for accounts in social networks on issues of the humanitarian activities of the NGO "Proliska", as well as articles and news, regarding the protection of the legal rights and interests of internally displaced persons, seekers asylum, people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and the population affected by military actions;
  • Information support of project activities that require media coverage;
  • Cooperation with teams to identify cross-cutting topics and activities for coverage through social networks, website, external platforms;
  • Editing materials, monitoring the accuracy of factual data: numbers, names and surname, including in the terms of the deadline.
  • Monitoring of mass media and reviews in social networks;
  • Tracking of needs for branded corporate clothing and associated branded goods (stickers, banners, flags, etc.).
  • Order formation anddelivery of the specified orders to the Customer's procurement department;
  • Execution of other orders of the Customer within the scope of the Project's tasks.

III. We offer the successful candidate:

  • A trial period of up to 2 months, with a further contract until May 31, 2026.
