Communications manager in Varus

The VARUS national network invites a talented Manager in the image and reputation department to its team. We are looking for a specialist who can effectively manage external communications, ensuring the support of a positive image and brand recognition of the company.

Yourarea of responsibility:

• Plan and implement complex communication strategies to increase visibility and popularize company projects.
• Generate creative ideas and infomercials together with the marketing department.
• Create high-quality text and visual content (including the creation of Reels), provide interesting presentation of news in communication channels.
• Create and edit content for the corporate website together with designers.
• Monitor compliance with the visual style of the company in all communication materials.
• Maintain and establish effective communications with partners, prepare press releases (if needed).
• Analyze the effectiveness of communications, monitor competitors and current news of the retail industry.
• Prepare monthly reporting on the results achieved.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 1 year of experience in the field of communications, SMM or PR.
• You have high communication skills and organizational skills, you can present information clearly, concisely and interestingly.
• You have skills in writing media and marketing materials.
• You are confident in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, MS Excel.
• You possess such personal qualities as creativity, organization, stress resistance, the ability to work in a team, analytical thinking.
• You understand the basics of branding, design and document flow.
