Head of the system administration department in UkrNDNC, DP

We offer a full-time position of the head of the service and technical department of electronic and communication systems.

Main tasks:

Ensuring administration in a team of a system of 100 machines ;

Providing technical support and fulfilling user requests;

Ensuring the installation of general software on servers and workstations and maintaining them in working condition;

Ensuring training user workstations (PC, office equipment), connecting new users to the network, their maintenance, wiring, installation of network equipment;

Administration of the Windows OS, ASKOD electronic document circulation system, local network and technical information protection;< /p>

Service support;

Ensuring the stable functioning of the official website, the electronic document management system, as well as other information resources of the enterprise.

Ensuring network security (protection against unauthorized access to information, viewing or changing system files and data); support of postal resources; timely copying and backup of general data that do not relate to users' personal information; antivirus protection.

Management of the work of the department, ensuring the performance of the tasks and functions assigned to the department, implementation of the distribution of responsibilities between employees and control of their performance of their tasks.

Resolving operational issues that occur during the working day to ensure uninterrupted operation of the enterprise.

Requirements for a candidate for the position of head of the service and technical department of electronic and communication systems:
