Head of the site rental department in Vega Telecom

What tasks await you:

• Organization and control of the site rental department.
• Ensuring contractual work: conclusion, renewal, termination of lease agreements, agreement of conditions.
• Budget formation, cost control and optimization.
• Maintenance of the contract information base, preparation of reports and presentations.
• Negotiations with counterparties, participation in Prozorro auctions.
• Search for new technical premises in accordance with development plans.
• Team consultations, interaction with other divisions.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Higher education.
• Experience in working with lease agreements and communications with counterparties.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of rent and Prozorro.
• Knowledge of principles of work in electronic systems Prozorro, SAP, MetaGIS (VisualGEOS)
• Excellent business communication and correspondence skills.
• Team management skills, analytical thinking.
