Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for collecting information (necessary information, documents, explanations, etc.), photo/video recording of an incident or events
• Responsible for conducting inspections of compliance with occupational health and safety requirements by employees of the enterprise and subcontractors and issuing mandatory orders for the elimination of identified deficiencies
• Participates in the assessment of occupational safety and health risks and the development and implementation of corrective measures
• Monitors the implementation by the heads of the enterprise divisions of orders, plans of corrective measures drawn up based on the results safety audits and internal accident investigations
• Responsible for receiving reports, consolidation and analysis of the status of implementation of corrective action plans
• Performs operational control over compliance with regulations on labor protection and industrial safety of machines, mechanisms, equipment, vehicles, technological processes, means of emergency, collective and individual protection of workers at workplaces
• Performs training reports
• Performs operational control over the state of the fire protection regime at workplaces
• Coordinates and keeps records of fire works
• Participates in the framework of comprehensive, targeted and unscheduled inspections of the state of labor safety
• Controls the organization of safe performance of work by subcontractors on the territory of the enterprise

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodical materials on labor protection, fire and man-made safety, civil protection, fundamentals of labor legislation
• Knowledge and skills of implementing best international practices in the field of labor safety (leadership in the field of labor safety, safety audits, behavioral audits, five safety steps, LOTO, 5S, etc.)
• Experience in implementing a risk-oriented approach in the field of occupational health and safety
• Experience in conducting occupational safety and fire safety training (training), as well as fire and emergency training
• Owning of accounting systemstopics at the level of a confident user: Excel, Power Point, Ofice 365
• Experience in software: 1C, SAP, ITSM, K2 BPM, Partners, Vchasno, Zvin
• Experience of drafting technical tasks
• Category B driver's license and experience driving a car
