Responsibilities:
- Increasing sales through efficient and effective team management
- business processes of a trusted direction, which are already in the company
- Implementation of general management by managers
- Monitoring of the market situation and prompt response to changes in the external environment, analysis of competitors.
- Improving the system of key KPIs, according to which the efficiency of the department will be monitored
- Control and analysis of the performance of the team's planned indicators, work on improving these indicators;
- Reporting for management based on own results and the activities of subordinates, preparation of proposals for improving the quality of work.
- Improving the employee motivation system, participation in the calculation of wages for department employees
- Constant analysis of service quality and its optimization, ensuring high quality of customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial position
- Experience in forming and managing a team
- Knowledge and understanding of all processes necessary for the quality work of the sales department
- Experience in negotiating and attracting new customers, the ability to build long-term relations
- Proficient command of the Ukrainian language
- Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, CRM and telephony, 1C)
- High level of organizational skills, self-discipline, as well as willingness to take responsibility
- Analytical thinking
- Active life position, initiative, purposefulness, ability to work for the result
- Ability to quickly adapt and process a large amount of information, multitasking
- Attention, communication, leadership qualities
- You can set an example to your subordinates with your work.
