Today we are looking for a Head of Sales to Large Corporate Clients - a leader who thinks strategically, acts decisively and knows how to inspire the team to achieve great results.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Define strategic directions for sales development in segment of large corporate clients;

  • Form a strong team of sales managers, develop their competencies and maintain a culture of effectiveness;

  • Build long-term partnerships with clients, create added value for them through complex solutions and high-level service;

  • Ensure the fulfillment of direction goals, effective planning and optimal use of resources;

  • Analyze market and competitors, initiate improvement of commercial strategy, processes and pricing policy;

  • Strengthen interaction with other company teams to achieve common business goals.

It is important for us:

  • Higher education (economics, finance, management);

  • At least 3 years of sales management experience - a team from 30 people;

  • Experience in attracting and retaining large corporate clients;

  • Ability to set up systems and processes that support large-scale sales;

  • English level - not lower than B2;

  • And most importantly - love for people, analytical mind and drive for development!
