WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A manager who not only “manages a team”, but:

• Takes responsibility for profit and growth
• Knows how to build a systematic sales department
• Knows B2B, B2C and e-commerce (not “heard it once”)
• Ready to rebuild processes, and not just “optimize” Excel tables

TASKS:

• Manage two areas: retail and representatives/dealers
• Build a sales funnel and regularly implement the plan
• Develop managers: hiring, training, motivation, control
• Keep numbers in order, CRM (Bitrix24), 1C and reporting
• Working with key customers and scaling relationships
• Looking for growth points, new approaches, new channels

WE NEED YOU TO:

• Had experience as a sales manager for at least 2 years
• Had under 5 people or more
• Understood how funnels, CRM, LTV, repeat sales
• Was analytical, proactive and with character
• Bonus: if you have experience in beauty or fashion - it will be a plus
