We are looking for a System Administrator for a branch "Volyn-Cement", located in the city of Zdolbuniv, Rivne region.

Requirements:

• English language not lower than Intermediate (B1) level. Must be able to communicate in writing and orally;
• Communication skills. It is important to be able to clearly formulate thoughts, both in correspondence and when communicating with people;
• Readiness for learning. Willingness to learn new things, learn technical terms, tools and internal company processes. Basics of working with operating systems (Windows, Linux);
• understanding of the principles of database operation;
• general knowledge of software testing;
• understanding of virtualization, cloud services, monitoring;
• skills in using technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Creation, maintenance of IT infrastructure (computing equipment, means of communication and automated information processing, solutions of applied tasks) in all divisions of the enterprise.
• Arrangement of office and production premises with the aim of optimizing access to computernetwork and arrangement of user workplaces.
• Keeping records and documentation of user requests, problems and malfunctions of hardware and software, changes to their configuration, settings and access rights.
• Analysis of user requests and data on problems in the operation of IT infrastructure elements.
• Planning and implementation of technical measures aimed at preventing failures in the operation of the computer network, computer equipment and office equipment.
• Preparation and implementation of user training activities aimed at preventing failures in the operation of the computer network, computer equipment and office equipment and improving the efficiency of employees.
• Installation, debugging, commissioning of computer equipment and network equipment; carrying out diagnostics of malfunctions, troubleshooting and restoring the operation of equipment and network equipment.
• Preparation and implementation of preventive works for the support of computer equipment and network equipment with the aim of ensuring the trouble-free functioning of all elements of the IT infrastructure.
• Installation, debugging, updating of OS and software; if necessary, diagnostics of work failures, troubleshooting and restoration of OS and software; removal of OS and software.
• Control and update of operating systems, antivirus and other software.
• Administration of user accounts in centralized account databases and in individual software products.
