Head of the regional implementation department in Mriya

Mriya is an educational ecosystem for students, parents/guardians and teachers that inspires learning and helps everyone find themselves in today's world. This is an initiative of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, which is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture with the support of the EGAP Program, which is implemented by the Eastern Europe Fund at the expense of Switzerland. We are looking for a person who will coordinate the implementation (integration) of the Dream at the regional level, taking into account the opportunities and needs of this region. The head of the regional implementation department is the permanent representative of the Dream in the relevant region and ensures implementation coordination and interaction with the head office, coordinates the work of regional specialists.

Our team is looking for a person who has:

• Understanding the educational field
• Experience in managing teams and projects at least 2 years
• Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate a high level of autonomy
• Excellent organizational skills: the ability to effectively plan, distribute tasks and coordinate the work of a team, ensuring timely implementation of projects and compliance with established deadlines
• Pitching skills: the ability to clearly and convincingly present a project or product to different audiences, adapt the presentation style to the target group (teachers, parents, students, representatives of authorities), demonstrate the benefits and practical value of the project
• Experience in integrating new products: the ability to effectively implement new products and solutions in the region, take into account local features, potential challenges and needs, as well as ensure their successful adoption and use by target audiences
• Higher education
• Experience in public speaking
• Experience in using CRM systems

• Coordinate the work of the regional implementation department
• Organize and conduct training for pedagogical teams using OIS Mriya
• Conduct practical classes and accompany schools in the process of filling the system
• Work with objections, motivation
• Ensure effective interaction with the central office of Mriya
• Organize and accompany project implementation process at the regional level
• Form and ensure implementation of the implementation plan in the region
• Develop logistical implementation routes
• Interact with educational institutions, authorities
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts related to product implementation
• Form reporting
