Junior Product Manager (Retention) in EvoPlay

We invite a Junior Product Manager with analytical thinking and a thirst for professional development in the product direction to join our team.  

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product/Retention Manager from 1 year.
• Understanding product B2C metrics, their relationship.
• Ability to plan product scope, understanding of theoretical foundations and principles of product backlog prioritization.
• Experience of conducting and understanding the principles of A/B testing. 
• Data analysis skills, advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collection and analysis of product metrics for making informed decisions and optimizing functionality.
• Implementing new initiatives to increase user retention.
• Conducting research, managing A/B tests to test hypotheses.
• Setting up bonus mechanics and other user activation and retention tools.
• Systematic analysis of competitors and search for new growth opportunities.
