Main responsibilities:

• Strategic development planning department;
• Formation and control of compliance with internal policies and regulations;
• Personnel management, participation in the process of selection and adaptation of employees;
• Evaluation of employee performance, reporting;
• Implementation of organizational changes;
• Consulting managers on team building;
• Experience in the field of HR

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (management, construction, economics, HR);
• Experience in a managerial position - from 3 years;
• System analysis skills and planning;
• Ability to make managerial decisions;
• High level of responsibility and communication.
