A leading robotics manufacturing company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our large recruiting department and ensure the effective selection of talented specialists to achieve the company's business goals.

Since the company is actively growing, the reliability of our systems directly depends on the professionalism of the team. That is why for us, recruiting is a strategic function that affects the combat effectiveness of technological solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for participating in strategic planning and operational management of all recruiting processes. You will be a key figure in shaping the culture of attracting talent, scaling recruitment processes and ensuring a consistently high quality of candidates.

The role involves close interaction with top management and line managers and will suit a strong leader with developed operational skills who can scale processes and motivate a team on the result.

Main duties:

  • Participation in the formation and implementation of the recruiting strategy, including resource planning, budgeting and forecasting staffing needs in accordance with the company's business goals.
  • Managing a team of recruiters: task setting, performance evaluation, development, mentoring and solving complex management situations.
  • Optimization and scaling of recruitment operational processes: workflow automation, reducing time-to-hire, improving hiring quality.
  • Analysis of key recruiting metrics (cost-per-hire, retention rate, etc.) and preparation of management reports with clear recommendations for management.
  • Cooperation with other departments to develop employer branding, organization of talent attraction activities and effective adaptation of new employees.
  • Labor market monitoring, competitor analysis and implementation of modern and innovative approaches to candidate search.
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical standards in hiring processes.
  • Management crisis and non-standard situations with a focus on efficiency and risk minimization. Development of partnerships with external agencies, platforms and recruiting service providers. Requirements. to the candidate:

    • Experience in recruiting from 7 years, of which at least 3 years in management positions in recruiting departments of 10 or more people.
    • Deep understanding of recruiting operational processes: practical experience with ATS, analytical tools and modern recruitment techniques.
    • Strong management skills: team building and motivation, performance management, coaching, leadership development.
    • Analytical thinking: the ability to work with data, predict trends and make informed management decisions.
    • High level of communication skills: experience interacting with top management and senior-level candidates.
    • Deep knowledge of the market work and understanding of current HR trends.
    • Higher education in the field of HR, management, psychology or related fields; specialized certifications will be an advantage.
    • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, English — from level B1.
    • Adaptability, results orientation, empathy and high ethical standards.
