Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting;
• Experience in a similar position for 2 years or more;
• Desire to develop in the field of recruiting;
• li>Ability to work in a team and make important decisions;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews;
• Conducting regular monitoring of the labor market;
• Maintaining a database of candidates;
• Organization and control of the daily work of the recruiting department;
• Formation of the budget of the department and its observance;
• Study of the state of the labor market, wage level, social programs at various enterprises.
