What we expect from you:

• work experience in HR manager/HR generalist/recruter positions from one year.
• experience working with personnel selection, evaluation and adaptation tools
• confident command of the MS Office package
• high level of communication skills
• understanding the principles of corporate culture

Basic mastery of work skills in PZ 1C ZUP will be considered an additional advantage, as well as work experience in the FMCG market or in a trading and manufacturing company.

What will you do:

• participation in HR strategy planning
• development of corporate culture and corporate values
• participation in HR process optimization
• market monitoring salaries
• selection and adaptation of personnel according to internal demand (mix vacancies: technical specialties, sales, finance, logistics)
• management of personnel procedures accounting
