We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager, a trained realtor who wants to develop in this field and become part of our team.

What you will do:

• sales management, formation of sales plans and control over their implementation
• development and implementation of a commercial strategy to achieve the company's financial goals
• analysis of the market, real estate, identification of new opportunities for business development
• ???coordination of the work of the department, training and motivation of the team to achieve high results
• participation in negotiations and conclusion of agreements
• assessment of the effectiveness of business processes in the department and implementation of changes for them improvement

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• experience in management positions in the field of real estate sales or leasing
• deep understanding of the market and sales management principles
• ability to shape and implement strategic initiatives
• leadership qualities, team management skills and ability motivate employees
• analytical thinking, the ability to work with large amounts of data
• experience in high-level negotiations
• knowledge of basic office programs (MSOffice) and CRM systems
