What do you need to do in the position of Universal Service Manager?

• Serving and supporting individual clients at the branch (accounts, transfers, etc.);
• Providing consultations and engaging new clients to cooperate with the bank and sell banking and insurance products to them;
• Perform currency exchange operations with foreign currency;
• Accept payments from clients.

• Availability of higher education;
• Experience of working in a bank from 1 year;
• Knowledge of regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of PC at the user level;
