We invite you to work - Head of the project office of the holding in the city of Lviv in order toensure uniform project management standards in organizations of the holding, increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of projects and programs through methodological, analytical and administrative support of project managers and management and the implementation of project culture. 700">Responsibilities:

General approach

  • Development of process management methodology and tools for holding companies.

  • Organization of project management processes and culture.

  • Formalization of processes.

  • Organization of management training, implementing an approach where the direct project manager - this is a functional manager.

  • Direct participation (in cases of appointment) in the implementation of strategic projects as:

    • project manager,

    • member of the project team.

  • Blocking the implementation of projects in case of violation of their management processes and unpreparedness for implementation.

  • Providing consultations on the management of all projects of the company.

  • Reporting to the direct manager / CEO / customers of projects regarding the progress of their implementation.

Project management

  • Promotion and control of the progress of strategic projects.

  • Planning, coordination and control of project implementation in accordance with the established deadlines, budget and expected results.

  • Preparation of the project documentation (plans, schedules, progress reports).

  • Identification and management of risks, as well as their communication with all involved parties.

Communication with stakeholders

  • Interaction with internal and external project participants (functional teams, consultants, suppliers).

  • Assurance timely reporting and transparency of project implementation for management.

Optimization of processes

  • Participation in the analysis of existing business processes, identifying bottlenecks, duplication, inefficiencies.

  • Supporting initiatives to improve processesaccording to project goals.

Tools and methodologies

  • Use of modern project management tools.

  • Work within the framework of PMO (project management office) standards, including maintaining templates, logs, reports.

700">official requirements:

  • Project management experience in FMCG, manufacturing or consulting (from 2 years).

  • Ability to work with project management tools.

  • Knowledge and practical use of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.).

  • Understanding business processes and principles of their optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills, systems thinking.

  • Experience in preparing project documentation, reporting, road maps.

  • Communication management skills between functional teams.

  • Higher education (economics, management, technical specialties).

  • Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (will be an advantage).
